The Board of Directors of Airsonett and CEO Dan Kristensson have agreed that the time is right for a change of CEO in the company

Airsonett has for the past years focused on clinical studies and has prepared a solid ground for commercializing its products Protexo and Opragon.  Dan has played a significant role in the management, development and success of Airsonett and thanks to his efforts Airsonett is well prepared for the future.

The company is now entering into a new phase focusing on marketing and sales and hence it is time for a more sales oriented CEO. Dan Kristensson will be nominated for the board at the next annual shareholders meeting.

Peter Ekolind, currently CEO of Opragon within the Airsonett group, will assume responsibility for Airsonetts operations with immediate effect as acting executive director.

–          I have taken Airsonett through the initial phase of its development which has been a very stimulating and challenging time. Now when Airsonett enters a new phase it is the right timing to hand over the leadership says Dan Kristensson
