New Chairman of the Airsonett board of directors

Thomas Axelsson has been elected new Chairman of the Airsonett board starting on December 15, 2010.

Thomas Axelsson is currently an active chairman in various companies and runs his own independent consulting firm mainly working with the Life Science sector, VC & Private Equity companies. Thomas brings over 25 years of executive experience from senior management positions on an international level.
His career includes senior positions within Baxter/Travenol and as CEO in public listed companies such as Stille and Artema Medical. He was previously the chairman of the board of SBL Vaccin AB, Mitra Medical AB, Stille AB, Millicore AB, Medtentia AB and others. He also serves as board member of MedCap AB and chairman of the board of Neoventa Medical AB, Microdialysis AB, Cohr Group AB and Quickcool AB.

Thomas Axelsson extensive experience as chairman in various companies and work within the Medical and Life Science sector on an international level will be a very valuable asset to us says Airsonett CEO Dan Kristensson.
