Airsonett’s expansion continues

Airsonett has employed yet another key person, Mark Kornfeld, who has been appointed Director of Business Development & Market Access and who will be responsible for international business development, market access and the continued development of Airsonett’s already extensive portfolio of patents.

Airsonett is a research based medical technology company with a unique technology which leads the development of preventative and secondary preventative treatment of allergic asthma as well as management of airborne bacteria and virus contamination. Airsonett was awarded the title Sweden’s MedTech Company of the Year 2009.

”We wish to increase the in-house knowledge and competence needed to reach the different national reimbursement systems for Protexo. This is the main reason why we have recruited Mark Kornfeld who has many years’ experience within market access on an international level, most recently as a consultant at Creativ-Ceutical in Paris.” says Airsonett’s CEO Dan Kristensson.

Mark has a PhD in Medical Physiology at Lund’s University. Mark also has a BSc at Lund’s University in Biology and Chemistry.

After having finished his studies, Mark has worked with Business Development & Licensing, Market Access and IP & Immaterial law within primarily the pharmaceutical field (Lundbeck Pharma, Orphan Europe and OTL Pharma) and as a consultant for the pharmaceutical industry at Creativ-Ceutical.
